Neither there was a webite offering a list
I found 15 after researching and all of them are reaaly really impressive you will be surprised we will talk about a mystery telescope at the end This telescope is a bit mysterious.

First comes HAGAR Loacted in Hanle,Ladakh and has 7 telescopes They are arranged in a 50m radius . There is 1 telescope in between surround by 6 The total area of the mirrors is 4.4 sq mtr Operated by Tata Institite of Fundamental Research ( TIFR ) and Indian Institute of Astronomy ( IIA ) Prime targets include Active Galactic Nuclei and Gamma ray pulsars In this list TIFR has contributed to many telescopes.

Second is  HIMALAYAN CHANDRA 
TELESCOPE This telescope is neighboring HAGARLoctaed on Mt.Sarawati, 4500mtrs above sea level Operated by IIA It has a 2 Mtr mirror and can be remotely operated.

Third is BAINU BAPPU OBSERVATORY
Located in Vellore ,Tamil Nadu
william petrie had setup a observatory here
it was later shifted to kodaikanal,which itself is a legendary telescope we will talk about it later in the article it is 725 meters above sea level they have 3 telescopes ,one is a very big 2.3m telescope next is a 1m Zeiss telescope and another 1.3m telescope Vainu Bappu passed away before the construction was finished The telescope was named in his honour this telescope not only impresses by its size but by its Discoveries as well.
It contributed to finding atmosphere on Ganymede,jupiters moon ganymede is also our solar systems biggest moon contributed to finding rings around uranus
helped in finding thin rings around saturn
found a minor planet which was named 4130 ramanujan telescope not only impresses by its size but discoveries as well

Forth is GIRWALI OBSERVATORY
located near junnar ,80km away from pune
almost 1km above sea level Controlled by IUCAA which is a collection of universities
They have foreign made 2m telescope
Not well known just like other telescopes mentioned it can be used by other scientists as well.

Fifth is MOUNT BU IR OBSEVATORY
this telescope is the reason this video was made today located on mountain adjacent to GuruShikar Operated by ISRO They have 3 telescopes a 2.3 m IR telescope , a 50cm telescope for comet study and a 1 m telescope for tracking space junk It has its won Liquid Nitrogen generation plant to keep its instruments cool It biggest discovery was a Indian Planet Its was found in keplers epic constellation a very impressive telescope maintained by ISRO

Sixth is ARYABHATTA (ARIES)
Its operated by the Aryabhatta research institute for observational sciences located in Devasthal, Nanital they have 2 telescopes one of them is a huge 3.6m telescope ,try measuring it to see the size of the mirror the other telescope is 1.3m
It was constucted by India,Belgium and Russia. Although India payed the majority part It costed 120 crore rupees to make

Seventh is OOTY COSMIC RAY LAB (GRAPES-3)
It is the worlds largest muon telescope
Controlled by TIFR and Osaka University Japan Mouns are formed when cosmic rays hit earths atmospheremuons are very unstable and need to be observed very quickly as you see in the pictures , lots of very small telescopes and instruments
They collect a lot of data.

Number Eighty is UDAIPUR SOLAR OBSERVATORY
Its located on a manmade lake on fateh sagar lake in udaipur Controlled by the Department of Space they have a 50cm telescope. and offer their own Phds like some others in this list since its in the water it faces less air turbulence water absorbs a lot of heat

Ninth is GOURIBIDANUR RADIO OBSERVATORY
Loacted in bengaluru operated by raman research center Its a decameter telescope , which means a 100 dipoles are arranged in a T configuration. made specially to study sun and sky in low frequencies . This is according to me the most impressive telescope of India.

Tenth is GIANT METERWAVE RADIO TELESCOPE Both size and discoveries are big located in Narayangaon, 80 km away from Pune Operated by national Center for radio astronomy and TIFR They have 30 telescopes with each having 45 meters of diameter It helped collect live data of ESA's Schiaperelli rover landing on Mars It was just an experiment The rovers antenna was only powerfull enpugh to transmit to its own satellite But our GMRT could pickup its signal , it s so so sensitive It has done a lot of observations along with NASA's Chandra telescope It has been featured in may research papers, scientists across the world use this like many in this list It recently found the worlds farthest radio galaxy this is my favorite telescope.

Eleventh is OOTY RADIO TELESCOPE
One of the most unique radio telescopes in the world It is 530 meters long with a 30 m parabolic antenna it is located on a hill with a 11 degree natural slope and also the latitude of the area is 11 which is why it can track and observe a object for almost 10hrs continously It is one of the most sensitive radio telescopes in the world

Twelveth iS KODAIKANAL SOLAR OBSERVATORY
This is a pure legend . the oldest observatory in the world , more than 100 yeasr old maintained by IIA they have 4 telescopes a 60cm , 20cm ,halpha telescope,and a twin telescope It can take multiple images like white images , hydrogen spectrum images, full disk images It has more than 100 years of solar databIt is a goldmine of data.

Now Number Thirteen is NIZAMIA OBSERVATORY
they had a refractor telescope and another one in some other place It participated in NASA's Astrographic sky survey The sad thing is its almost dead The other one is poorly maintained studrnts have to go to other states for learning and faculty also has reduced . was the only university with its own telescope Hope all their problems get fixed.

Fourteen is ISRO ASTROSAT 
The most unique space telescope It can collect data in multiple wavelenghts at once insruments on screen It confirmed findings from a supernova that was observed . it confirmed elements like gold , iron are formed in supernova it collects 420gb worth of data Astrosat 2 will be launched post 2020

Last is MACE GAMMA RAY TELESCOPE
Lets now talk about the mystery telescope
Its name is MACE- Major Atmospheric Cherenkov Experiment telescope It was made by BARC made to study cherenkov radiation which is basically light equivalent of a sonic boom when speed of light is crossed relatively , it occurs like a nuclear reactor in water Mace problems as per sources will be displayed on screen MACE is located beside HAGAR Best wished from my side to BARC and hope you end up fixing it soon i was suppose to be completed in 2013/16 .
